If you’ve purchased a land and home package, our expert builders will immediately start construction of your home at our custom-built factory in Hawke’s Bay. Using a unique panel construction wall system, it should take approximately 8 weeks for your home to be completed.
You’ll be able to track the progress of your new home throughout the building process, and we’ll keep you fully updated with fortnightly reports and photos. If you’d like, our in-house Project Co-ordinator can also arrange for you to drop into our Hawke’s Bay factory to have a look at your home while it’s being built.
