Strawberry Homes believes our purchasers should be fully protected in the event something should go wrong. We have chosen to offer a 7 year HomeFirst Guarantee with all homes built by Strawberry Homes.
This guarantee adds value to your home as it can be transferred. It stays with the home, not the original owner.
The guarantee offers:
Loss of Deposit
Non Completion
Structural Defects for 7 years and Non-Structural defects for 2 years.
Alternative Accommodation and Removal Costs in the event of this being necessary to solve a claim.
